As one of Britain’s largest suppliers of electric radiators and boilers, my client’s website was not performing to their expectations with low sales and leads, they needed help. After an agency’s attempts to revive the website’s fortunes failed, I was asked to provide a full audit with recommendations. The audit showed that the website was failing technically and creatively.
One of the biggest issues was that the website was receiving poor and non-converting traffic due to poor optimisation and structure.
Addressing the issues highlighted in the audit, the website now performed to Google’s expectations, and all content including products was fully optimised with a new keyword and phrase strategy.
During the campaign the website began to be ranked for related products and services, increasing the number of transactions by 436% with a 427% increase in revenue.
