With the corporate gifting market worth £78.4 million and a whopping £20 billion spent in the UK over the Christmas period, there is everything to play for at Christmas. My client wanted a Facebook, Instagram and PPC campaign to increase visibility and sales of their Luxury Christmas Hamper range. Starting at the end of October and working with the in-house social media team, we were able to secure success across the country.
Reviewing historical data I noticed that from the 20th November until 12th December is typically an intense period of sales and interest in Christmas Hampers, with careful spend, not only did we enforce brand and product message, but between the optimum dates, deliver an equally intense PPC and Paid Social campaign. The campaign delivered far beyond the client’s expectations with PPC delivered 883% ROAS and Paid Social delivered 916% ROAS. Roughly for every £1 spent on marketing, returned £9 in revenue.
